Why is everybody talking about being stress? We must accept the fact that we are living in a hectic environment, and we should learn to live it. I ain't strong-willed, and I do not like things done here. But what can I do? Just do it! I appear cheerful and crazy at times, but am I? I've got prove! I was fat, but look at me now!















Results due to 'stress'. I lost 5.1 KG in 2 months and owned a 27 inched waist now, thanks to 'stress'. Let me tell you this, slimming agencies are useless. In order to lose weight, add 'stress' to yourself instead of wasting time and money on physical exercises and useless treatments.
